This is a scenario when related to people. If someone were conditioned to hate both themselves and a vast majority of people, how would they overcome that? What's the best way?to find reasons not to. You , yourself can decide for yourself whether or not you like someone or don't like someone.First, find the motivation. Desire is a vast portion of it. Second, be open to learning and new ideas. Question the old hateful ones. Third, get to know the "hated others" better, most of them are not the kind of person that inspires hate, some maybe dislike.
Fourth, realize that the problem is in your thinking, particularly habitual thinking. You need to re-program your mind to think more positively, more benevolently, including about yourself. This book can help a lot if you will DO the written exercises consistently:
