I don't really like it but I know the coldness kills a lot of nasty bugs in the air.hate it hate it hate it - my dog thinks its fun though!I hate it which sucks cause I live in Scotlandi likei swear i don't know why i bother shaving my legs in this cold... ugh!!i don't like it,but the same old story,british weather.lets hope it change for the better before christmasI prefer cold weather, maybe its just because i sleep better since it isn't hot and I'm snuggled up. I can't get a good nights sleep when its hot.
And I'd rather be cold than be stinky sweaty in hot weather, Ughh
But i like having some cool days where everything is balanced :Di hate it.strongly dislikei hate it..i get cold easily so it makes things worse I don't mind it -5 hereI love it...it is much easier to get warm than to cool down.I agree with what you're saying 100% but I dislike the cold weather.I hate it! I actually like the cold weather! It means to me, wearing my favourite winter clothes; roaring fires; hot toddies; yummy soup and cuddling up to my husband!
I try and see the positive things out of each season.
Today, we woke to a beautiful frost; yes it is pretty and usually that means a sunny day - which warms the atmosphere up!
Also, as you said, the cold weather kills nasty bugs, which is so rampant today.
Keep warm and try and enjoy what it has to offer.

It must be my age....love it. you got your ice fishing snowmobiling, sledding, snow to drive your truck through, its greatI do and dont like it. I love to look out at the snow, and i love wrapping up warm to go out and i love snuggling up on cold nights with my bf but i hate the cold lollike it because I'm always hotI like when I am inside my house when it is cold so I can be in the room with my blanket and in front of the heater. But I don't like being outside lol. the winter rules.........
